When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address (optional), travel or event dates, number of guests and your message. We also record the page you enquired from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To plan and manage your stay or event.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our email delivery provider (Twilio SendGrid) and our customer management system. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to serve you, and in line with legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
